How long will it take me to get my order?

      We will always try our best to make sure your order is received as quick as possible. All orders are processed within 1-3 days after being placed. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days after being processed. However, international shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

     *Please Note: When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. 

 

How can I check the status of my order?

       We know you can't wait to receive your order and slay like the true Diva you are 💅🏾, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email. From your email you will be sent a tracking number. 

** Dear Divaz Boutique LLC does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier (USPS & UPS). Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds, exchanges, or store credit for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.**

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

       Unfortunately, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.

 

Can I exchange my order?

      We do not offer exchanges.

 

 How do I return my order?
